This 50min choreography ZOOM class from SydSiren online was originally taught on January 14, 2022, taught to the song "I Feel Like I'm Drowning" by Two Feet.  Tricks featured include: standing split, reverse grab cartwheel, reverse grab snap, jumping split, and sliding split.
 
This into to choreography class is designed for Intermediate to High Intermediate dancers with variations for the harder tricks. This level is meant to give you a more challenging choreography with greater strength and flexibility required in  the signature SydSiren style.
