This 60 MIN choreography ZOOM class from Pole Flow Academy was originally taught on August 5th 2023, taught to the song "Honeymoon Fades" by Sabrina Carpenter. Tricks featured include: Underarm turns, reverse grab twist back, standing stradle splits, forward fall kip. All include variations for beginner to high beginner for ease of training.
